FOUNDER'S
Message
On this date last year, I announced to the world my transition into full time entrepreneurship. Over the past 365 days, I have been consistently amazed at the support and trust that the social impact sector has shown toward my firm.
Although I don't have funders or shareholders who require reports, I wanted to set a precedent for support entities like mine serving the mission-driven ecosystem. We have a duty and a privilege to use our platforms and skillsets to serve as thought partners alongside our clients. This impact report, while an intentionally quick-read, is the first "blow of the horn" I'm taking in a year I've charged myself to dismantle, disrupt, and reinvent every oppressive system and social construct inhibiting my people from experiencing the abundance and fullness of life we were destined to receive.
