UPCOMING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
We are thrilled to announce a volunteer opportunity that promises to be both rewarding and impactful. Detroit Phoenix Center will be hosting their annual Youth Milestone event on June 13th. This celebration highlights the achievements of DPC's trailblazing youth, recognizing their accomplishments as they complete a year of DPC programs and graduate high school. From DPC's Youth Action Board members to their SOAR Afterschool Program participants, we are excited to celebrate our city's most resilient youth next week.
Event Details:
Event Date & Time: June 13 from 4:30-7PM Volunteer Shifts: June 13th 12 noon - 9 PM
Location: Community Center at AB Ford, 100 Lenox St, Detroit MI 48215Attendees: 100 of DPC youth and their families along with guest speakers and select stakeholders
If you are interested in volunteering, please complete this Volunteer Form by June 10th. We will provide specific roles based on your preferences once you arrive to the venue. Note: all volunteers must be 16 years of age or higher.
Your participation not only supports the event but also contributes to the growth and development of our community. We greatly appreciate your willingness to volunteer and look forward to working with you.
